Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require that you give our office 48 hours notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting our office within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment.

Insurance Accepted

We accept all major PPO dental insurances like Delta dental, Aetna, Guardian, Cigna, Blue cross etc. As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file all insurance claims for you. Payment of deductibles and co-payments are expected at the time when services are rendered.
